Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student: - defines the basic concepts in the construction of legal system - formulates the basic institutions of civil law, in particular the law of property; - knows the rules of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on real estate owned by the Treasury and local government; - defines the basic institutions of the administrative law process; - Know the rules of conduct in the preparation and production of local planning documents; - Knows the framework for shaping the rules of liability for environmental damage; Skills: Student: - interprets - interpretation of law based on statutory law and case law; - Draw up pleadings in the administrative procedure necessary to achieve the desired administrative decision; - Complements the documentation necessary for entry in the registers; - Classifies legal entities occurring in the legal, - Can make a distinction on the basis of an individual\'s property rights; - Defines the factors determining the rise construction project in terms of environmental protection;

Competences: Social competence: Student: - Shows understanding for the need to interpret the law in the real estate; - Organizes its role as a party to proceedings in civil proceedings and administrative proceedings; - Is aware of the need for the use of specific legislation and case law in order to protect their rights and responsibility of shaping the rules;

Course content: The rule of law, the essence of law, the structure of the state. Legal standard, sources of law, the creation of law, legal acts, the publication of the law, the interpretation of the law.Systematics of the civil law. Civil-law relations. Property law, the concept of stuff, classification of goods, property and assets, movable and immovable property. The spatial boundaries of property rights, the right neighborhood, the issue of landboundaries. Basic concepts of administrative law. The issue of the Environmental Protection Act. The Law on spatial planning and management. Land Register. Selected aspects of the Waste Act. Water Law.
