Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: 1) explaining the notion, the being and the object of the capital market and financial presenting main methods, tools and techniques adopted on the capital market and financial identifying actual problems of the capital market and financial, SKILLS: 4) able to analyse and to interpret phenomena of the capital market and financial, 5) applies the forecast of phenomena of the financial market using appropriate methods and tools for analysis of appropriate processes, 6) using the acquired knowledge for solving actual problems of the capital market and financial, 7) able to perform practical actions in detailed issues concerning placing on the capital market and financial.

Competences: SOCIAL COMPETENCES: 8) able to perform practical actions in detailed issues concerning placing on the capital market and financial, 9) responsible using methods and tools of the capital market is recommending and financial.

Prerequisites: Knowledge from the scope of the economics and of financial mathematics.

Course content: The range of the object hugs: the problems of the capital and financial market, basic notions and questions from the range of the instruments of the capital and financial market and questions relating to the market of investment funds, as the location of capital.
