Learning outcomes: Knowledge Student knows models of intellectual property protection on the basis of national and international law, knows the material and personal scope of intellectual property rights and the use and protection system in case of infringement of intellectual property; has knowledge of human mental and physical possibilities in work environment; knows what factors affect the difficulty of work and how to develop them in terms of reducing the burden. Skills Student uses legal instruments on civil and criminal law for the protection of intellectual property rights; prepares contracts for use and disposal of intellectual property law; is able to assemble the documentation required to disclose the creation of intellectual property right; is able to classify intellectual property rights, can determine the steps leading to the improvement of working conditions, can indicate ways to reduce fatigue while working.
Competences: Recognizes importance of intellectual property rights role in the legal system; show understanding for the need to protect intellectual property rights, understands the importance of conceptual and corrective ergonomics in social terms, may take part in planning of tasks aimed at shaping conditions and working environment in a way which maintains health .

Course content: The concept of intellectual property rights. Elements of property rights in intellectual property rights. Subjective and objective scope of intellectual property rights. Using intellectual property rights. Transfer of intellectual property rights. Exhaustion of intellectual property rights. Violation of intellectual property rights. The role and tasks of the conceptual and corrective ergonomics. Factors affecting the inconvenience of work. Working at the computer. Fatigue and its effects. General requirements for safety and health at work. Developing safety and ergonomics in the design and use.
