Learning outcomes: Knowledge He knows the important options to configure the operating system and Internet settings, recognize the basic services that enable communication, remote processing and data exchange between the client and the server knows the possibilities offered by text editors, spreadsheets, tools, vector and raster graphics, multimedia applications and tools used to create web pages. Knowledge It can configure the operating system and make the Internet settings to suite your needs, select the corresponding needs of the service for remote processing, data exchange, correspondence and communication, to choose the optimal method for word processing, charting, automated calculations, creating vector and raster graphics, multimedia presentation and websites.

Competences: It has the ability to work in a team using the available network applications.

Prerequisites: training in the use of distance learning platforms.

Course content: support for web applications, support for spreadsheets, word processing service, support tools, raster graphics, vector graphics tool support, basic database copyright law in the use and processing site.

Assessment methods: participation in activation exercises, participate in discussion forums, practical tests (seizure control), evaluation of the project (team work), the assessment of individual tasks.

Comment: This item is held in the form of blended learning course on the Moodle platform. The course includes four modules divided into thematic blocks: Module 1: Elements of Web 2.0 and participatory culture. Module 2: Fundamentals of information technology, system, user interface, word processing, open source software. Module 3: Word processing, spreadsheets, multimedia applications, web development. Module 4: Computer graphics: vector and raster, 2D and 3D. Modules include learning content, grouped in thematic blocks, in the form of a presentation (84) and activating motivating exercise (in the form of quizzes for self-study). A student takes an active part in the thematic mailing lists evaluated, as well as performing individual tasks and participates in teamwork contributing to the website. The type and range of exercises: laboratory exercises.
