Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: Possesses a basic knowledge of constitutional law and its place in the law science system. Possesses a basic knowledge of organs of state authority, state administration and their reciprocal relations. Possesses a basic knowledge of jurisdiction system. SKILLS: Possesses ability to understand and analyze political system, social and political processes. Possesses skills in rage of interpretation and usage of constitutional law.
Competences: PERSONAL AND SOCIAL COMPETENCES: Is able to complete and improve the achieved knowledge and skills.
Prerequisites:
Course content: Constitutional law, principles of state regime, voting law, parliament structure, organs of state administration, jurisdictional authority, Tribunals, states of emergency, freedom rights, Human Rights Defender, Council of Ministers, Supreme Audit Office.

Assessment methods: Knowledge: written exam. Skills: Assessment of oral presentation regarding the most important economical and political events in the country and in the world. Social competences: Assessment of activity and of selection of arguments in discussion regarding economical and political situation.
