Learning outcomes: The Student knows the structure of protein when holding cell pro- and eukaryotic at the level of molecular – provides for the consequences of improper construction of the individual proteins of the cytoskeleton, as well as the mechanisms of degradation of proteins – proposes as possible of ways of transformation information by membranes - give reasons to adhesion cells - explain the simplifying mechanisms of traffic and transport cells. Skills: The Student distinguishes the molecules building of cellular structures pro- and eukaryota: plants, animals, microorganismes - compares and interprets the glycoproteines also proteoglicanes at extracellular matrix, fibrill collagens, not fibrill collagenes, trans-membrane and by-membrane proteines - it can search for information about molecules forming appropriate cellular structures and use them in your own.

Competences: The Student is aware of the complex nature of cellular structures, understands the necessity of cooperation of specialists from different areas, retains cautious in formulating assessments over the greater complexity of structural eukaryotic cell.

Prerequisites: Cell biology,microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology.

Course content: Molecular organization of procaryotic and eucaryotic cells: proteines of cytoskeletal structures; cellular matrix: cytoplazmatic CM, nuclear NM, membranes MM extracellular ECM; Macromolecules ECM of animals: glycoproteines, proteoglicanes, glicosoaminoglicanes; functions of plasmatic membranes: leakage, transformation of information, receptors, adhesion, junction cells, ubiquitin-dependent processes.
