Learning outcomes: Knowledge: He knows the design principles of energy in the region. He knows the centers of the energy and fuel models based on energy resources and agricultural wastes from the agro-food industry. He knows how to develop the mass of raw materials of agricultural origin or from the agro-food industry. Skills: Student is able to develop the technical and economic foundation of the region's energy supply from renewable sources. He knows how to solve the energy problems of the region, taking into account the requirements of caring for the environment .

Competences: Is aware of the impact of the proposed solutions on the environmen. Able to work in a team performing various functions.

Prerequisites: Renewable energy sources

Course content: Characteristics of systems acquisition and use of renewable energy sources. Energy planning in the region. Planning elements. The idea of regional centers of fuel and energy. System models (center). Identification of resources and energy needs. The structure needs. Estimation of local resources
