Learning outcomes: Acquisition of knowledge of theoretical and practical considerations of social policy, social issues and models and ways of solving them, social insurance schemes, the role of the state and NGOs in the field of social policy.
Competences: Acquisition of skills in analysis and evaluation of social policy instruments in addressing fundamental social issues.
Prerequisites: Base macroeconomics
Course content: Doctrine and models of social policy, forms of active social policy, international social conventions, analysis of (demographic structure, labor market, the level and quality of life, health, income diversification and poverty of the population), policy (family, health, education, employment and anti-poverty), the social security system, social assistance, the problem of social pathology.
