Learning outcomes: Students acquires theoretical knowledge about management of human resources, its forms and rule sand, therefore they acquire abilities of personnel selection for organizing and managing work teams.

Course content: Corse contents: Importance of personnel management, external and internal determinants governing the process of personnel management, models of personnel management, the structure of personal function and its components (selection, improvement and development, motivating personnel assessment), subjects of personnel management, information and communication, the methods of examination of personnel - related problems.
