Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student defines the basics of managing an organizational unit; distinguishes between systems of organization management according to different standards: ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 27000, ISO 14001, PN-N-18001; Describes and explains the content of these standards; knows the rules of documenting these systems; indicates the ways of integration of the management systems; lists the tools used in quality management systems; explains the role of quality management systems for innovation and competitiveness in the economy. Skills: The student is able to prepare the documentation for system management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 17025); develop a map of processes; design procedures and instructions for processes; interpret the contents of these standards.

Competences: The student is aware of the responsibility for jointly implemented in team tasks; is open to working with design teams and supervisors work in organizations. Is able to perform projects of quality and safety management system documentation

Prerequisites: Basics of quality management. Basic knowledge of Economics and marketing.

Course content: Presentation of a comprehensive philosophy of TQM management. Discussing the content and importance in the organization management of international standards related to: the management of quality, environment, work in laboratories, information security, safety and health at work. General information about the integration of quality management systems. Trends in economic development with regard to knowledge management, the development of innovation, personalization in quality management systems.
