Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student gains practical knowledge about the waste management. Student associates processes waste collection. Defines the functional characteristics of equipment used for waste processing. Defines the parameters of technological processes, recognizes construction and basic rules of machinery and equipment and explains the principle of their operation. (R1OŹE_W02, R1 OŹE _W06, R1 OŹE _W08, R1 OŹE _W12, R1 OŹE _W15) Skills: Students acquire practical skills to apply theoretical knowledge included in the program of study, identify their future work environment. The emphasis of selection of appropriate methods and parameters of the collection and processing of waste. Acquires the ability to use proper nomenclature for the used in waste management. Acquires the ability to conduct practical analysis of processes of production. (R1OŹE _U03, R1OŹE _U05, R1OŹE _U09, R1OŹE _U10, R1OŹE _U11)

Competences: Personal and social competences: Student demonstrates understanding of the principles of proper selection of technology and parameters of technological processes of waste management. Observes the safety rules during the execution of work. He sees the need to work in a team and has responsibility for the entrusted property. Recognizes the principle of good regulation and operation of equipment. Demonstrates the need for self-improvement and training in production work and maintenance projects. Prerequisites: failure

Course content: Practical classes that students have in companies of waste management. Acquainted with the structure, organization establishment, the production profile and services, circulation of documents relating to production and service activities, basic documents relating to the firm's finances.
