Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: After completing the course , student possesses general knowledge about different kinds of business entries and structures, as well as their significant elements. Student also gains general knowledge regarding relations between business entries and structures on the scale of the country, knows types of economic relations, methods, tools and technique of data acquisition, understands concepts of different methods of organizations management. SKILLS: Student can interpret economic phenomena, is able to correctly use normatives and systems, assess effectiveness of management, and instruments used in management. Student can draw conclusions resulting from evolution of structures in the organization.

Competences: PERSONAL AND SOCIAL COMPETENCES: Student possesses competences to broaden acquired knowledge, is able to work in a team and be responsible for idividual work , as well as team work, can communicate with his surrounding, knowi professional ethics of an economist.

Prerequisites: secondary – school certificate

Course content: Evaluation of the management and criteria of the assessment of activities effectiveness, organization structures, designing and masteringorganization structures, styles of the management, organization of own work, control as the function of management, information technology, assist in management decisions. During classes: Analysis of company assets,designing organization structures through elaboration of the project – history of the company – persuading students to appreciate the knowledge of the past which allows to better understand current organizational relaritons and current areas of research.
