Learning outcomes: At the end of the course a student is capable of conducting unassisted marketing research, estimating and interpreting the research results, and using it in food production administration.

Competences: Knowledge and practical skills gained in the course of the study are essential for food production administration and for work in sales and marketing departments of catering and food enterprises.

Prerequisites: Economics

Course content: Market research, marketing information, methods of marketing analysis, marketing forecasting and planning, marketing mix in food production, product, price, distribution, promotion, marketing management.
