Learning outcomes: Student knows the evolution of management in agricultural enterprises, has a general knowledge of the direction and management schools and the agricultural sector, knows the role of management in the operation of agricultural enterprises and explains the modern concepts of management in agriculture. Student properly coordinate the management of an agricultural and implements elements of strategic management in the business of an enterprise culture.

Competences: Student is aware of the responsibility for the tasks commonly performed in the team and has a responsibility in managing the breeding enterprise.

Course content: Subject is a presentation ofthe basic principles of organization and management. In this framework, is presentedthe knowledge of the organization and managementand its linkages withother disciplines, including: the evolution of organization and management theory, planning,organization, decision making, organizational structure and principles of its creation, the procedure of decision making, goals, andbasemanagement policyhuman resources, conflictswithin the organization, control and management.

Assessment methods: Verification of listed education effects will occur based on the assessment of student work related to the preparation of the project. Students will be divided into groups of five pearsons as a maximum. Each student will be responsible for the implementation of a specific part of the project. Will be assessed teamwork taking into account the contribution of each student. The project will be included classes 4-12 in accordance with the detailed subject of exercises. Proper implementation of the 60% of the requirements in accordance with the above-mentioned subject of exercises is the basis to pass. Knowledge will be verified at lectures, on the basis of the exam consists of 5 problem questions. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes. To pass an exam the student must correctly answer at least three questions. Persons who did not pass an exam at the first time, will proceed to the exam in the second term in the same form.
