Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student has theoretical and practical knowledge of marketing analysis. He uses methods of classification of markets and assesses their value. Student is knowledgeable about the principles of marketing research methodology. Skills; Student recognizes marketing problems of companies. Independently, student plans and performs a marketing analysis of the company and uses the resulting conclusions in bussines management.

Competences: Social competence: The student understands the need to recognize and satisfy the needs of the client as an integral part of quality management in the enteprise.

Prerequisites: Microeconomics, macroeconomics

Course content: Consumer’s needs. Classifaction and characterization of markets. Factors influencing consumer demand and levels of prices. Consumer’s behaviour theory. Marketing research methodology. Marketing management.
