Learning outcomes: Knowledge: the student is unit developments in the field of law and the economy business, including entrepreneurship award R1OŹE_W07,RIOŹE_W08. Skills: The student can obtain information from literature, databases, and other sources, can integrate the information obtained, altered their interpretation, to draw conclusions, to formulate and justify opinions, make a preliminary analysis assumes economic viability of production R1OŹE_U01,R1OŹE_U13.
Competences: Social competence: The student understands the need for and knows the possibility of continuous training , the lifting of professional competence of personal and social, is aware of the case in a pro-fessional way, compliance with the rules of professional ethics and respect for the general public interest, it can think and act in a entre-preneurial, knows the rules for the formation of individual entre-preneurship.

Course content: Production in the company, financial result, sources of financing activities in the company, profitability, forms of organizational and legal firms, human resources, fixed assets and circulating capital, the management of resources and persistent and circulating capital, the economy stock records.
