Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Students have expanded knowledge of subjects of economic law, legal principles of business activity as well as forms of business activity. Moreover, students have knowledge of rights and objectives of subjects of economic law. Skills: Students have skills necessary to starting, performing and finishing of business activity. Moreover, students can interpret economic law.

Competences: Competence: Students understand that continual development of their qualifications is necessary for making business activity. Students can work inside group and have abilities to be leader of group.

Prerequisites: Elementary knowledge about economic law and business activity

Course content: The essence of business law and commercial law. Bodies of public and private law. Starting a business activities by the private bodies. Performance of business activities by the private bodies. Forms of establishment of business activities by the private bodies. Name of company under law. The end of business activities by the private bodies.
