Learning outcomes: Knowledge: 1) defines basic concepts from the scope of economic aspects of the European integration (E1A_W04, E1A_W09); 2) clarifies principles of functioning of the European Single Market (E1A_W10, E1A_W15, E1A_W18); Skills: 3) surrenders the European phenomena and integration processes to the critical judgement (E1A_U01, E1A_U09, E1A_U10); 4) examines an influence of the European integration on functioning of business entities (E1A_U03, E1A_U05, E1A_U06); 5) applies correctly economic tools to analysis of causes and effects of the European integration in Member States (E1A_U08, E1A_U11, E1A_U12);

Competences: Societal competences: 6) is prepared for taking up work in the authorities responsible for the regional and local development (E1A_K02, E1A_K08); 7) can cooperate with the EU institutions to do research (E1A_K07, E1A_K10); 8) caries about achievements, traditions and values as well as is a participant in the European culture (E1A_K03, E1A_K04).

Prerequisites: Credits acquired in macroeconomics, economic policy and foreign economic relations.

Course content: The course includes knowledge referring to legal-economic aspects of integration of the EU Member States.
