Learning outcomes: The student has the theoretical knowledge and practical abilities enabling the independent assortment of standard apparatus of the automatic regulating as well as he is familiar in technical solutions existing on the market.

Competences: The composed scope of the knowledge of the field of automation allows for understanding technical texts from this scope and leading of technical arrangements enables with specialists with automations

Prerequisites: Electrotechnology

Course content: Mathematical description of objects and arrangements of automation. Principles of encoding and transmitting signals. Computer steering the measurement. Sensors, converters, measures and recorders of physics quantities. Principles of the regulation of physics quantities. Analogue and digital laboratory and industrial adjusters. Elements and arrangements of automation safety.. Applying control systems and the automatic regulation in agricultural engineering.
