Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: Possesses a basic knowledge of the entrepreneurs and the terms and determinants of undertaking, conducting and completion of economic activity in different market conditions. Possesses a basic knowledge of procedures and records of the business register. SKILLS: Possesses ability to conduct an own business activity. Possesses ability to use the knowledge gained to solve dilemmas arise in conducting business.
Competences: PERSONAL AND SOCIAL COMPETENCES: Understands the need for continuous development to increase their qualifications in terms of knowledge and skills required in conducting business.
Prerequisites: Law basis.
Course content: Legal basis of conducting business activity, undertaking and conducting business, entrepreneurs and their designations, Register of Business Activity, legal restrictions of conducting business, competition, business form and templates.

Assessment methods: Knowledge: written exam Skills: Assessment of practical skills of preparing applications for registration in Register of Business Activity, evaluation of presentation about undertaking and conducting business activity. Social competences: Assessment of individual work and in a group, discussion, evaluation of correctness of the provisions of law interpretation of conducting business activity.
