Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student after completing the course describes the concepts related to the communication process - ZI1-W03; defines the bar-riers communication. Skills: The student constructs a model of information - using interpersonal skills to overcome the difficulties arising during the process of communication.
Competences: Personal and social competences: Student after the course organizes formation process the group, as a factor of behaviour change, accepts ethical aspects in the communication process - planning ways to interact with the environment group.

Course content: Theories of behavioural change in mass communication in a group, ability to communicate, communication barriers, phase restoration of communication and conflict management.
