Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Possesses a basic knowledge of civil law partnerships and commercial partnerships. Possesses a basic rules of National Court Register. Possesses knowledge of the law applicable to the regulation of trade agreements. Skills: Possesses ability to conduct an own business activity in the form of a partnership. Possesses practical skills to register a partnership in National Court Register. Possesses ability to prepare typical commercial contracts.

Competences: Personal and social competences: Is able to conduct an own business activity in the form of a partnership. Can complement and improve their knowledge and skills.

Prerequisites:

Course content: Commercial law sources, subjects of commercial law, institutions of commercial law, formal requirements for undertaking business activity, registry and commercial registers, civil law partnership and commercial partnerships, bankruptcy proceedings, conciliation proceedings, reorganisation proceedings, conclusion and execution of commercial contracts, claims and claims investigation in commercial contracts.

Assessment methods: Knowledge: written exam Skills: Assessment of practical skills of preparing applications for registration in National Court Register, evaluation of distinction between different types of contracts and their practical preparation Social competences: Assessment of correctness of regulations interpretation regarding conducting business activity in the form of a partnership, assessment of individual work and in a group
