Learning outcomes: The student completing the course defines the determinants of functioning and development of rural areas, knows the rules of functioning and organization of plant protection services and service activities related to the protection of plants.The student interprets the model to the practice of acquiring news, prepares syllabus training for protecting cultivated plants.

Competences: At the end of the course the student appreciates the importance a permanent professional development; animates the work in the local community, organizing processes verbal and nonverbal communication promotes ways to resolve conflicts in a group; respects the ethical aspects of professional activity

Prerequisites: -

Course content: Forms of interaction in basic cell advisory, advisory needs, innovation, personality of the sender and recipient guidance, methods and forms of work the advisory, motivation, interpersonal communication, leadership and conflict.
