Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student posses the knowledge about the science of management that is necessary in various forms of activities concerned with consumptions products markets. He or she knows the principles of developing one's enterprenuership. Skills: Student posseses capability of understanding the basic processes of management. He or she posseses capability of managing small enterprise.

Competences: The student can think and act in enterprenuerial manner ,concerning the process of planning and implementation of tasks pertinent to management and engineering of agricultural production. He or she is conscious of managers ' responsibility for effects of functioning of an enterprise in the environment and of responsibility for the employed staff.

Prerequisites:

Course content: Evolution of management as a field of studies. Organizations as systems and parts of systems. Societal and ethical responsibility of management. Principles of organization and management. Processes and functions of management. Work and organization management. Human resource development. Production and operation management. Strategic management.

Assessment methods: Participation in classes evaluated on bases of tests and projects. Participation in lectures evaluated on bases of written exam.Final evaluatiuon is inclussive of evaluation earned on classes- 50 per cent, and evaluation earned on written test-50 per cent
