Learning outcomes: Knowledge: He has an extended knowledge of the systems, technologies, techniques, equipment and tools used in the production of energy from renewable sources. R2 RES _W11a He has theoretically founded detailed knowledge on developments in the area of energy R2 RES _W14a skills: He has the ability to find, understand, analyze and creative use of information from literature, databases, and other sources; is able to integrate the information obtained, to make their interpretation, as well as draw conclusions and formulate and justify opinions R2OŹE_U01 He can organize, manage and coordinate the work of teams of employees in the area of renewable energy and waste management, and make this area a well-documented design and oral presentation R2OŹE_U05 He is able to prepare, using a variety of sources, the development of the Polish and foreign, on the specific problem of waste management and energy production from renewable sources R2OŹE _U07

Competences: Social competence: He is aware of the validity of education and self-improvement in the field of renewable energy and understands the need for learning throughout life in order to improve the skills acquired during their studies. Prerequisites: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics

Course content: Converting mechanical stress into electricity. Action piezoelectric materials, construction. Solar energy - control the position of the panels. Systems trailing. The use of PV cells in heating. The essence of the work of intelligent controllers. Innovative production of PV cells, PERC technology, perovskite solar cell, , spherical panels. Wind turbines: chimney wind generators. Offshore wind farms, floating, with a diffuser. Stationary and mounted on a leash. Small hydropower plants. Solution overview patent.
