Learning outcomes: Student has a knowledge about influence of invasive species on biodiversity of plants and animals in different systems of environment. He knows methods of eradication of invasive species Student is able to find and in comment data, considering treat of different types of ecosystems through invasive species. He can plan the series of treatments for eradication invasive species. The is able to assess the scale of local threat of environment caused the invasion of alien plants

Competences: Student is able to prepare individually the presentation and in group the plen of eradication of alien species

Prerequisites: botany

Course content: The definition of biodiversity. The factors shaping the biodiversity. Influence of invasive species on species structure and insects. Invasive species. Types of alien species. Stages of invasion. Methods of elimination of invasive species. Law regulations, concerning introduction and elimination of invasive species. Characteristic of invasive plant species. Project of threat of ecosystem and plan of eradication of alien species.
