Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student W1 - knows the kinds and types of experiments on animals and the rules governing them; W2 - distinguishes and characterizes errors experience; W3-chosen statistical method for analyzing the results of studies ; Skills: Student: U1 - has the ability to plan and carry out experiments; U2 - apply appropriate techniques to collect, organize and collect data and interpret the results of ; U3 - uses necessary for testing and interpretation of tools, uses databases and literature;

Competences: Student: K1 - is aware of the importance of the proper application of research methods in animals.

Prerequisites: The fundamentals of statistic

Course content: General methodology of experiments; methodology of the observation-based husbandry investigations; the rules of the carrying, modeling, organization and advisory of the experiments; selection of animals to the experiments considering their productivity and behavior; statistical evaluation; interpretation of the result;. the rules of merits and editorial elaboration of results and organization and founding of scientific activity in Poland; ethics of scientific experiments, substantial of copyrights as well as the skill of merits elaboration of common-scientific articles.
