Course content: Develop a study of selected aspects of the existing local plan for ecophysiographic study, the study of conditions, etc. Knowledge of development strategies, programs and environmental development and other activities for local development. Getting familiar with the process of developing the study of conditions and directions of spatial development and local plans. Learning the rules of formal procedures to develop a local plan (collection of applications to plan, lining project for review, public discussion). Getting familiar with the competence and scope of work in the field of spatial planning conducted by the office Understanding the process of issuing administrative decisions on land use (zoning decision, the location of a public investment).
