Learning outcomes: Students acquire information on modern technologies, natural water treatment. After completing the course, the student can check the correctness of their analysis of water, to estimate its chemical stability, based on physico-chemical and biological composition of the water system to determine water treatment technology for municipal, industrial and irrigation.

Competences: Knowledge of water treatment technology allows companies to work in water. Knowledge of issues relating to water treatment technology is essential in the planning, implementation and operation of equipment for irrigation.

Prerequisites: Environmental chemistry, Hydrology, Process engineering.

Course content: Devices, the principles of calculation and the technological systems used in water treatment.
