Learning outcomes:
Competences: Student gets to know basic problems in assurances of technical efficiency of machines and devices in agro - food production. He acquaints with requirements of ISO 9000 in range of good productive practice (GMP) and hygienic (GHP) in reference to machines and devices. He gets to know the basic problems of TPM methods and the system of quality management TQM.
Prerequisites: Mechanics of food processing, Science of agricultural and forest mechanics
Course content: The certification of quality, principle the GMP and the GHP; the operating of devices and the machines; the technical efficiency; the conceptions of maintenance of machines ; the structures of organization of exploitation services ; ability of operating ; the structure and the range of repairs and the service; basis of diagnostics.
