Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student defines the basic concepts of demography of the world and Polish. Student describes, characterizes and lists the performance of various national and international organizations dealing with policy making board. The student knows, explains and shows the effects of hunger, malnutrition and excess food supply. The student knows, is able to characterize and enumerate various policy instruments board. Student characterizes and distinguishes the various prevention programs implemented in Poland. Student is able to formulate, identify and summarize the board policy priorities of the population. Student identifies and defines the risks of hunger and malnutrition in Poland and abroad. Student is able to distinguish between risks associated with bad food policy. Skills: The student knows the basic issues related to demography world and Polish. The student evaluates and interprets the risks associated with various risk factors depending on the diet. The student has mastered skills associated with the use of basic instruments of food policy.

Competences: Social skills (Attitude): The student is aware of the essence provision and policy making board of the population. The student is aware of the importance and nature of food policy. Is aware of the responsibility for implementation of various prevention programs in the community.

Prerequisites: Basic of Food Legislation, Basic of Economics, Basic of managing the food quality.

Course content: The student after completing the course is good at a demography of world, regions and the country in the aspect of the dietary situation in Poland and in world, as well as basic regulations within the scope of the safety of the food and feeding.
