Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes: During the course student gets a theoretical knowledge permitting to understanding relations between global (ITRS), regional (ETRS89) and national terrestrial reference frames and to do in practice the transformations between above frames. Student is also able to use GNSS technology for establishing of geodetic network and geodetic surveying. Competences: Passing the course permits working in geodetic practice and entitlement in geodesy and cartography

Competences:

Prerequisites: Satellite geodesy, Adjustment theory

Course content: Global, regional and local geodetic reference frame realization using satellite measurement techniques. Global Positioning System (GPS) and other Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) in geodesy. GNSS satellite networks realizations and data processing methods. Ground Based Augmentation System (GBAS) and Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS).
