Learning outcomes: Knowledge - understands the genomes of prokaryotes, eukaryotic and organelles, [BI_W11, BI_W12, BI_W17]; - knows methods of nuclear testing and mitochondrial genomes of organisms [BI_W04, BI_W11, BI_W12, BI_W13, BI_W14, BI_W15, BI_16, BI_W17]; - understands the importance ofrelationship modeling of chromatin and DNA modifications with the expression of the genome [ BI_W11, BI_W12, BI_16, BI_W17]. Skills - distinguishes themethod exposing certain parts of the genome pro-and eukaryotic [BI_U02, BI_U03, BI_U11]; - can indicate the method of determining the specific structural and functional regions of genomes [BI_U02, BI_U03, BI_U11].
