Learning outcomes: Skills U1 – The student understands the literature in the field of biology, mathematical statistics and computer science in the Polish language, reads and understands complex scientific texts in English (foreign language) [BI2_U11]; U2 - The student demonstrates ability to formulate well-founded judgments on the basis of data from various sources related to natural sciences and mathematics [BI2_U12]; U3 – The student demonstrates the ability to conduct and compile (write) a research study in Polish language and a scientific report in a foreign language, has the ability to do pral presentations realted to specific issues in the field of bioinformatics in Polish and English [BI2_U13]; Personal and social competeces (attitudes) K1 - The student understands the need for systematic utilisation of professional sources of research information within the field pf bioinformatics, in order to broaden and deepen knowledge, develops skills independently[BI2_K05]; K2 - The student regularly updates the knowledge of biological data analysis using computer tools [BI2_K07];

Assessment methods: Assessment of tutorials: Based on the average grade calculated from presentations and activity during classes. Completion of the course:students who passed a tutorial will automatically receive credit for the course
