Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student defines notions from the range of project management; knows the conception of the logical matrix, presents the principles of financial and economic analysis. Skills: Student is able to construct the logical matrix of any project; student is able to plan and estimate the project.

Competences: Social skills (attitude): Student counts the ratios of financial and economic efficiency of project; student co-operates in the team to prepair and evaluate European projects.

Prerequisites: economics

Course content: Concept of cycle of project, concept of logframe matrix, installment of financial project, analysis of cost and benefits CBA, financial analysis, economic analysis, analysis of risk.
