Learning outcomes: Knowledge: It has an extended knowledge in the field of process management, business law, required to use the rules of the rule of law R2 OŹE _W04. It has an extended knowledge in business management, financial management and business activity in the individual entrepreneurship R2 OŹE _W05. Skills: The student knows how to use the system approach to business management, recognizes the relationships between the various functions and organizational units the company recognizes the complexity of the process of planning and decision-making, constructs simple organizational structures and incentive systems R2OŹE _U03. He can organize, manage and coordinate the work of teams of employees in the area of renewable energy and waste management R2OŹE _U05. Student analyzes the financial statements, using the methodology and tools for diagnosing business processes R2OŹE _U11.

Competences: The student is aware of the need for continuous improvement, appreciates the initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship of all employees in achieving economic success of the company R2OŹE _K01. The student is able to think and act in an entrepreneurial way in the planning and execution of tasks related to the management and engineering of agricultural production R2OŹE _K06 .

Prerequisites: Fundamentals of business economics

Course content: The processes in business management. Motivating, planning, organizing, controlling in business management. Management of financial and human resources. The method of cost calculation. Breakeven. Modern management concepts.
