Learning outcomes: Knowledge: has general knowledge in the field of human and animal anatomy; indicates significant anatomical similarities and differences between taxa. Skills: Studentb can draw and describe selected anatomical preparations.

Competences: Student understands the need for learning, student is able to work in group.

Prerequisites: -

Course content: The skeletal and the muscular systems of selective animals and human. Splanchnology of different organ systems (digestive system, respiratory system, circulatory system, excretory system, urogenital system and nervous system) in selected species of birds and mammals. Some aspects of integumentary system are discussed.

Assessment methods: After completion of the course a student has to take an examination. In the case of failing the exam, a student retakes examination orally.
