Learning outcomes: Knowledge Student has a basic understanding of the investment process in the construction industry; knows the laws and documents related to the stages of the investment process; knows what processes are carried out on the construction of environmental engineering objects and what measures are needed to realize them; knows the factors affecting the performance of works; knows what the specifics of works are and what is their impact on the technological and organizational solutions. Skills Student is able to use the technical documentation, health and safety and industry regulations, in order to properly carry out the works; recognize and choose the tools and equipment to the scope of work related to the execution of environmental engineering, depending on local conditions; choose the appropriate method of construction works; is able to determine the time of execution of the works and the direct cost; compare in terms of technological, organizational, economic and environmental impact natural variations of the works.

Competences: Student has a sense of responsibility for the efficient and rational management of resources for the construction works; able to anticipate threats to life and health, as well as for the environment.

Prerequisites: -

Course content: Project documentation and execution of construction investment. Participants in the construction investment process. Construction contract. Technology earthworks, concrete and assembly works. The choice of means of implementation. Determining performance. Comprehensive mechanization of construction works. Methods of organization of construction processes. Schedules progress of works. Impact of construction on the environment. Health and safety on the construction site.
