Learning outcomes: The student acquires the knowledge of environmental law. Able to apply the provisions of laws and regulations of professional practice.
Competences: Students after the course law will have a knowledge about the environmental law and will be able to apply them in professional practice. Acquire the skills needed by the search law instruments in this scope. Will be able to follow changes in the this kind of law area. Acquired skills in environmental law will allow the exploitation skills in the other areas of law.
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of environmental protection.
Course content: Introduction to Jurisprudence. Basic concepts needed to understand the legal system. Elements of civil law. Legal grounds for the administrative process. Legal acts relating to environmental protection and nature conservation (the legal basis for the ecological network Natura 2000). Content of training in addition to administration of legal norms will refer to the practice.
