Learning outcomes: Students understand the structure of enterprise organization. They also become familiar with basic notions from the field of organization and management, as well as the rules regarding functions of management.

Competences: Students are able to determine organization structures and the functions of management.

Prerequisites: Credits acquired in micro – and macro -economy

Course content: The subject covers the following problems: the surrounding of organization, the types of enterprises and their interrelations, enterprise resources, the processes governing enterprise management.
