Learning outcomes: After completing the course student is able to make design documentation project, can realize schemes technological processes in food industry, mass balances and complete equipement.

Competences: After completing course student is able to make project of any technological process in food industry.

Prerequisites: General Food Technology, Equipment for Food Processing, Technical Drawing, Water and Wastewater

Course content: Investment process project documentation technological conceptions of production process, mass balance of process, choice of machines and devices, storage, internal transportation, spatial arrangement of production process, control of production, energy balance, water balance, selected law regulations in industrial building.
