Learning outcomes: At the end of the course student is capable of doing unassisted marketing research, estimating and interpreting the research results, and using it in business administration.

Competences: Knowledge and practical skills gained in the course of the study are essential for food production administration and for work in sales and marketing departments of catering and food enterprises.

Prerequisites: Economics

Course content: Consumers needs, products, classification and characterization of markets, factors influencing consumer demand and price levels, consumer behaviour theory, marketing research methodology, marketing management.
