Learning outcomes: The objective of the course is to provide skills ebaut a new methods and trends in the field of food processing and energy saving.

Competences:

Prerequisites: Process engineering and equipment for food industry, General food technology

Course content: A new tendensy in food technology and preservation, membrane processes. The application of solar collectors and heat pump in food processing. Heat recuperation. The methods prewention of explosion in selected food industry instalations.
