Learning outcomes: Visual identification, sexing and aging gamę mammals and birds. Students will have ability to rationally manage and protect gamę animals. They will know how to prevent and reduce damages caused by gamę animals in forestry and in agriculture.
Competences:
Prerequisites: systematic zoology, ecology, naturę conservancy
Course content: Hunting management (gamę diseases, feeders, damages caused by gamę; pest control). Morphology, ecology and biology ofgame species. Hunting methods, hunting dogs, guns and ammunition. Hunting law.
