Learning outcomes: Student has known specific conditions for vegetation development in city ecosystems and can planning corresponding with them plantings. Student can define the function of green areas in landscape of city, suburb and village. Potrafi określić rolę terenów zieleni w krajobrazie miejskim, podmiejskim i wiejskim. Student known species for planting in city parks, play squers, in spa parks.
Competences: Student can do a inventory of trees and herbal vegetation on green areas and planning measures corresponding with several plants groups.
Prerequisites: Botanic, dendrology, ecology
Course content: Plants groups used in green areas planning and they function in a project in a different level of space organization. Vegetation of city parks. Specific plant species and plantings form in spa- parks. Vegetation of squares and lawn. Features and examples plants implicated in extensive and intensive used areas. Grass species used in sports objects and carrying of them. Species used in city centre greening. Green roofs.
