Learning outcomes: Subject is conducted to provide the knowledge upon requirements and quality standards of produced vegetable, fruit and ornamental plants which are appropriated, post harvest treatments and trade.

Competences: After completing the course student will know required quality standards, modern technology of post harvest dressing vegetables, fruit and .ornamental plants. Student will have the knowledge comprising the rules of preparing of horticulture products to the marketable.

Prerequisites: Fruit production, Vegetable crop production, Ornamental plants

Course content: Quality standards, quality control, technology, fruit and vegetable sorting, packing horticultural products
