Learning outcomes: Student obtains knowledge and skills in the field of machines and devices in food industry, their technical characteristics and application. Choice of machines and equipment to particular technologies.

Competences: Completing of the subject delivers knowledge and skills in the field of functioning, selection and application of machines equipment in food industry such as transport equipment, cleaners, separators, breakers, washers, filters, driers and refrigerators.

Prerequisites: Theory of Machines and Equipment for Food Industry I

Course content: Basic knowledge in material science , technical mechanics, elements of machines, electrotechnics, transport equipment, cleaners, separators, breakers, washers, filters, driers and refrigerators.
