Learning outcomes: The student after completing the course is good at a Demography of world, regions and the country in the aspect of the dietary situation in Poland and in world, as well as basic regulations within the scope of the safety of the food and feeding.

Competences: Completing the course enables the work on the posts associated with the food economy in Poland and in world.

Prerequisites: Economics, Basic of Food Legislation, managing the food quality
