Course content: System of government in Poland and other states. Governments level and regional division. Tasks of government institutions. Regional and local administration in Poland. Commune’s and social tasks. Commune’s, district’s and voivodship’s councils. Tasks of districts and voivodships. Local economy – objectives, limits, development, financing. Local development strategy. Commune economy. Financial policy of commune.
