Learning outcomes: During the course a theoretical knowledge concerning methods of enterprise management, as well as advantages and limits of practical usage of those methods is gained. The student gets to know in detail: analysis of macroenvironment and enterprise supplies, roles and skills in management job, managing functions: planning and decision making, organizing, human resoure controlling. He or she gets to know decision techniques and abilities to use them, as well as methods of economic analysis, useful in management of enterprise finances.
Competences: Passing the course permits undertaking economic activity on one’s own account and practicing as line manager in companies.
Prerequisites: Macroeconomics, microeconomics
Course content: Managing methods, enterprise macro- and microenvironment, organizational and legal forms of economic activity, resources, output process, types of organizational structures, managing functions: planning and decision making, organizing, human resoure controlling, conflicts solving, enterprise in globalization process.
